          It means everyone appreciates kindness – the old, the young, people who are physically challenged, and even animals.

          If you do something good for the blind, though blind, he will not fall short of saying ‘Thank you’ or ‘God bless you’ to appreciate what you did.

          And if you do something good for the deaf, they will not fail to use talking signs to appreciate you.

          In short, the proverb says everybody, even people with physical challenges, appreciates kind deeds and acknowledges kind people.

            Truly, everyone appreciates kindness. Even the blind appreciate kindness and can identify a kind person if there is any in his life. In the same way a deaf person appreciate kindness and knows the one who has been kind to him.
