All knowledge and all wisdom are too large to be held in this small brain of ours. We do not come any close to knowing everything. Only God knows everything. We, as humans, know in part.

Fools are talkative by nature; they are unable to control their tongue. They are articulate about any subject or any issue that is brought up for discussion; even the very things that they are not knowledgable about, they would talk about it with confidence. This is how it appears they know everything. Eventually, their big mouths lead them into trouble.

Wise people are able to control their tongues, not saying what they do not know and have not seen. They talk about issues and shed light on subjects that they are well versed in, keeping their lips off exaggerations and misleading utterances.

Great talk, @kkw. Fools by nature cannot control their tongue – that is why they’re fools. They talk plenty, making it look like they know all. And they go too far talking about things they do not know and testifying about something they have not seen, etc.

Eventually, their tongues dig their graves. As individuals, we should try as much as possible to tie our tongues when necessary. Talking plenty is detrimental.
