Many forget that one of the best expressions of wisdom is doing an activity at the right time. If you fail to do an activity at the right time, you will not reap the benefits thereof.
Therefore react to issues, criticize, and express your views at the time when something can be done to save the situation, not when things have got out of hand and there is little or no hope.
Doing things, or reacting to issues at the right time, makes you save the day and avert an upcoming disaster. As good people of Africa, we should walk with this mindset in the home, family, workplace, community, and nation.
