        Refilwe Ledwaba is a social entrepreneur, fixed-wing and helicopter pilot and a PhD candidate. She is the first Black woman to become a helicopter pilot in South Africa. She founded the Girls Fly Programme in Africa (GFPA) Foundation in 2009 to encourage more girls and women to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.
